Our Staff is well trained and have a long term experience in
maintenance and support of different IT components such as PC's,
monitors, printers, notebooks, scanners, plotters, switches,
routers, servers, PABX's, ISDN components, ADSL components, G.SHDSL
bridges, paging systems, and many other components.
Our long experience with different brands and models made us able to
do maintenance for new brands and models, and of course the advanced
systems and tools that we have play an important role in this
domain.
The maintenance include electronic section, mechanical section,
software section, and networking section, all of these sections work
altogether to answer all the questions, determine the problem, and
then fix them.
Our workshop is fully equipped with tools and systems that help our
engineers in performing their jobs as perfect as possible
We have in the main office three direct service hot-lines and 6
in-direct service hot-lines via a phone service center that informs
us directly about any complains, problems, or errors. 99% of these
hot-lines are available so our customers don’t get a busy line when
they try to contact us.
We have many maintenance contracts and serving several companies
